Whether performing or choreographing, I create an emotional connection with all of my work. When creating, I take inspiration from nature and my own life experiences. Much of my work is a reflection of my inner struggles and an expression of my deepest emotions. I am committed to authenticity and dedicated to putting all of my soul into my work. In some ways, dance is an art and a beautiful reflection of life; but in other ways, it is a protest of all the negativity we face. I strongly believe that dance is for everybody, technically trained or not. We can all learn from each other and bring value to our community, so it is our job to make sure that everyone has that opportunity. The ability to dance is one thing all humans have in common. It is something that brings people together.
